Returns Policy

You can, within 28 calendar days of receiving a product ordered from www.uk-historyfinders.co.uk, return any item you are not completely satisfied with.

Conditions for Returns

Once you decide to return a product, it must:

• Remain unused and in your care
• Be returned undamaged, unsoiled, unwashed, unaltered, and unworn (except for trying it on)
• Have any labels or tags still attached, where possible
• Be returned in or with its original packaging

You have 28 days from the date of delivery to return the goods.

Please allow at least 10–15 working days from the date you post the product back to us for your refund to appear in your account. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or building society.

You will be refunded the amount paid for the returned product, excluding any delivery charges (if applicable).
